WhoFree is a small app made by Harry West in Adelaide. By using it, you agree to these terms. They're short, so please give them a read.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13 to use WhoFree.
Be decent
WhoFree is for seeing when your friends are free. There's zero tolerance for anything that makes it worse for other people. Don't:
- use a name that's offensive, hateful, sexual or pretends to be someone else
- harass, bully or threaten anyone
- use WhoFree to spam people or for anything illegal
- try to break, overload or get around the limits of the app
Reporting and removal
You can remove or block any friend, or leave a crew, at any time. Someone you've blocked can't add you back, whatever code they have. To report someone, email harry@whofree.app. Reports are looked at within 24 hours, and accounts that break these terms can be removed without warning.
Your account
Your account lives on your phone and isn't backed up by an email or password, so if you lose your phone or delete the app, it may not be recoverable. You can delete your account whenever you like from your profile. The privacy policy explains what's stored and how it's deleted.
The app itself
WhoFree is free. It's provided as it is, and while I work to keep it running smoothly, I can't promise it will always be available, bug-free, or that every alert arrives on time. Features may change or be removed, and the app may one day shut down.
To the extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for any loss that comes from using WhoFree, including plans that do or don't happen. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
Apple and Google
If you downloaded WhoFree from the App Store or Google Play, their standard terms apply as well. These terms are between you and me, not Apple or Google.
Changes
If these terms change, I'll update this page and the date at the top. For big changes, I'll say so in the app too. Keeping on using WhoFree means you accept the new terms.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
